Michael J. Hipple and his staff

ability to each project. They work
directly with the architects and
designers through the design
phase to ensure that the client’s
vision is reproduced in exact detail.

The sales staff works from the design phase with the specifications to put together a detailed construction contract package. Once a contract is in place you are assigned a project manager who will work hand in hand with you and the superintendent during construction.

“We feel that even the smallest detail deserves our personal attention,” says Michael. “What’s most important to me is how you come away from the building experience: When you are pleased with what we have given you – the experience, the way everything worked, the finished project – you will go out and tell others.”

Michael was raised right here in James City County, and his children attend local schools. Michael is involved in numerous civic and community groups which are listed in the right column on the portfolio page.
